Software Sales Representative
Austin, Texas / Coactive / Full Time
CAI is a small but diverse company with business units across the world. This role will work with CAI Tech, selling external customers unique and custom solutions to their problems using the Coactive low code development platform.
This is a first of its kind role and as such you will help determine the direction and success metrics for this and subsequent roles in the Coactive sales area. You'll be part of a fast-growing team and be responsible for discovering and building out new business opportunities. The Sales Rep will be self-motivated, a quick study, aggressive yet tactful. You will work side by side with our CAI Sales and Marketing teams to build out new sales initiatives for the Coactive product.
Identify qualified prospects and navigate through prospects to identify decision makers.
Prospect via email and phone to turn leads into opportunities.
Be self-motivated, high energy, and looking for a long-term opportunity to grow.
Be a quick learner and able to hit the ground running.
Think outside the box and open new markets that have previously been untapped by Coactive.
Have ambition to advance quickly within a growing organization.

3-5 years sales experience. Ability to work on your own but able to know when to ask for help closing a sale.
